At Earth & Coco, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Note: Opened skincare products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless defective upon arrival.

Reporting Issues

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us at earthandcoco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos or videos of the item and packaging.
  • Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare or personal care products (unless defective)
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Sale or discounted items marked “final sale”
